Policies

PAYMENT POLICY  We accept all major credit cards, ApplePay and PayPal. 

SHIPPING POLICY   Shipping options include USPS First Class Mail, USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail.  This shipping time frame is AFTER PROCESSING time.  Please see PROCESSING POLICY below.  Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.  We are NOT responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.  If your package is returned due to an issue with the address we will send you a new invoice via e-mail for the shipping cost to re-send the package.

PROCESSING POLICY  Processing begins once orders are paid in full.  Processing time frame is 4-7 business days PRIOR to the order being shipped.  If there are any delays we will notify you immediately.  Once your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information.

RETURN POLICY   *****ALL SALES ARE FINAL*****  If an order is damaged during delivery please contact us at info@luluandash.com and we will replace it.  You must contact us via e-mail within 48 hours of the item being delivered.  Please include in the e-mail a picture of the damaged item and a picture of the packaging.  Please allow  2-3 weeks for a replacement.
