PAYMENT POLICY We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. Payment is due at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until they are paid in full.
SHIPPING POLICY Shipping options include USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. Orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail will have a Tracking number and usually arrive within 3 business days within the US. This shipping time frame is AFTER PROCESSING time. Please see PROCESSING POLICY below. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday We are NOT responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. If your package is returned due to an issue with the address we will send you a new invoice via e-mail for the shipping cost to re-send the package.
*Wine Glasses, Coffee Mugs and Tumblers all ship Priority Mail. First Class Mail option is not available for these items.
PROCESSING POLICY Processing begins once orders are paid in full. Processing time frame is between 1-2 weeks PRIOR to the order being shipped. If there are any delays we will notify you immediately. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information.
RETURN POLICY *****ALL SALES ARE FINAL***** If an order is damaged during delivery please contact us at email@example.com and we will replace it. You must contact us via e-mail within 48 hours of the item being delivered. Please include in the e-mail a picture of the damaged item and a picture of the packaging. Please allow 2-3 weeks for a replacement.
