Shipping policy

At Lulu & Ash, every item is made just for you—because fabulous things take a little time. Most of our products are made to order, which means we start creating your piece as soon as you purchase.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be handmade, packaged with love, and shipped out. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information so you can stalk your mailbox in style.

We ship via USPS or UPS, depending on the size and destination of your order. Delivery times will vary based on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping.

If you have any questions about your order or need it by a specific date, please reach out before purchasing so we can do our best to make it happen.

We are NOT responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. If your package is returned due to an issue with the address we will send you a new invoice via e-mail for the shipping cost to re-send the package.
